TRUMP US TRAVEL BAN

The Trump administration is reportedly considering a significant expansion of its travel ban, potentially adding 36 more countries to the list of nations whose citizens are restricted from entering the United States.

Earlier this month, President Trump signed a proclamation that barred entry to citizens from 12 countries, citing the need to protect the U.S. from “foreign terrorists” and other national security threats.

According to an internal State Department cable seen by Reuters, the following 36 countries could face a full or partial ban if they don’t address U.S. concerns within the next 60 days: the countries include ;

Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Benin, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde, Cambodia ,Cameroon, Cote D’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Dominica, Ethiopia, Egypt, Gabon, The Gambia, Ghana, Kyrgyzstan
Liberia, Malawi, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Saint Kitts and Nevis Saint Lucia, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, South Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Tonga, Tuvalu, Uganda, Vanuatu, Zambia, Zimbabwe. ETC
